Biography

Since the early 80’s, Wayne Peltier has served this community with the utmost style and tradition in the catering business. With the opening of Clementine in 1999, Wayne has raised the level of service in New Iberia, setting new standards for restaurants in this area. Wayne has a love for food and for making people feel comfortable in his establishments. Wayne has been married to his wife Cathy for 30 years and has 3 children – Sarah, Stephen and Elliott.
