Made famous in Clementine Hunter’s hometown; soft fried dough filled with spicy meat and served with a zesty mustard sauce.

Grilled Ahi Tuna Salad

A Tuna Steak seasoned and grilled medium-rare set on a bed of mixed greens, garnished with fresh Roma Tomatoes, Chopped Eggs and Bacon.  Drizzled with a Parmesan Vinaigrette. 

 

 

Melrose Avocado Chicken Salad

Fresh Avocado split in half, stuffed with a bountiful amount of Chicken, fresh Grapes and crushed Pecans.  Mixed with a light mayonnaise dressing to form a wonderful summer salad. 

 

 

Baby Spinach Salad

Fresh Baby Spinach tossed with sliced Green Apples, toasted Walnuts, and Blue Cheese; topped with a Steen’s Cane Syrup vinaigrette.
